Gift-card purchase policy
Your authorization
By purchasing, you confirm that you are authorized to use the payment method, the amount and recipient details are correct, and you intend to purchase a Sarang Nails & Beauty gift card.
Delivery and security hold
Digital cards are sent to the recipient email supplied by the buyer after payment is confirmed. A short security hold applies before online value can be redeemed. Contact us promptly if the email address is wrong or the message does not arrive.
Protect the code
The redemption code works like cash at the salon. Anyone with the code may use its available balance. Keep it private and tell us promptly if you believe it was copied, stolen, or sent to the wrong person. We may temporarily freeze a card while reviewing suspected fraud.
Value and redemption
Cards may be applied to services at Sarang Nails & Beauty. They do not expire, have no dormancy fee, and cannot be exchanged for cash. A remaining balance stays on the card. Restrictions and consumer rights required by Ontario law continue to apply.
Cancellations and corrections
Because a delivered code can be used immediately after its security hold, completed digital gift-card purchases are final except where applicable law requires otherwise. Before delivery, contact us as soon as possible about an incorrect recipient address. A refund cannot be issued for value that has already been redeemed.
